Insurance

We have 2 in house employees that handle our insurance adjustments for our clients.  Over the years we have worked with many adjustment firms and have made our clients complete again.  Our goal for providing this service is to allow the manager to manage, while we work behind the scene with the adjuster to make repairs and create a scope of work that all parties agree with.  

One of our services we provide is a 2-hour emergency response time.  When wind, rain or the occasional” car through the living room wall happen,” you call us and we will be there to secure the area.  We also take pictures, help move things (after the investigation is complete), and console those going through the tragic situation. 

Benjamin Pace is certified in Xactimate 27.5 and is very active in developing insurance claim estimates.  Benjamin works closely with insurance adjusters to ensure we get the client everything they need to be whole again.  In working with adjusters, it’s two sets of eyes on each project so everything gets covered.

Lisa Austin has been a licensed insurance adjuster since 2006.  Her function is the same as Ben’s, to help our current clients with making sure they receive an accurate adjustment.  We use the two version of Xactimate 27.5 and 28, which is an insurance adjusting software that is recognized by most insurance companies, to ensure the accuracy of the adjustment.
